Wire Transfer Services provide a fast, secure way to send domestic and international payments, helping you move funds efficiently when timing is critical. Domestic wires are typically received within hours, while international wires may take longer depending on intermediary banks and currencies involved. Wire Transfers can be sent in U.S. dollars or foreign currency.

How It Works
Signature Bank only offers Wire Transfer Services to existing clients.

• Multiple Initiation Options:
  • Call our office and ask to speak with our wire department.
  • Email your wire transfer instructions by secure email to wires@signaturebankna.com. If you do not have secure email capabilities, contact your Signature Bank representative for assistance.
    • Wire instructions contain sensitive financial information. Secure email encrypts your message to help protect this information.
  • Online (business only with separate agreement).
• Online Wire Features:
  • Create and submit wires during business hours.
  • Build templates for recurring wires.
  • PIN and token authentication required.
  • Dual control features are available.
  • Foreign currency wires must be requested by contacting our wire department.
• Security Controls:
  • Call-back verification to an authorized account signer or another designated individual is required for all wires.
• Cutoff Times:
  • Domestic and international USD wires: 4:00 PM ET.
  • International foreign currency wires: 3:00 PM ET.

• Determine which authorized Online Banking users will have Wire Transfer access.
• Discuss whether dual control is appropriate for your business.
• Review and sign the Wire Transfer Agreement.
• Once complete, our Online Banking team will provide training.
