eDeposit is a smart, convenient solution for businesses with a high volume of check deposits, allowing you to deposit checks remotely and securely without leaving your office. By using a dedicated check scanner and our secure eDeposit website, you can streamline deposits, improve efficiency, and reduce trips to the bank.

How It Works
- Scan and Deposit: Log in to the secure eDeposit website and scan checks each business day using your assigned scanner.
- Secure Check Storage: Physical checks must be stored in a secure location for 60–90 days after scanning and then destroyed. Shredding is the recommended method.
- Foreign Checks: Checks in foreign currency or drawn on foreign banks in United States dollar (USD) cannot be scanned and must be presented at a branch for processing.
- Cutoff Times:
- Deposits scanned before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day.
- Deposits scanned after 5:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

- Meet with your Signature Bank representative to discuss your specific needs.
- Determine which authorized users will have eDeposit access.
- Review and sign the eDeposit Agreement.
- Once the agreement is complete, our Online Banking team will install your scanner and provide training.
