Debit Card Transactions
· If you attempt a signature-based transaction and are declined, please attempt your transaction as a DEBIT(PIN) transaction.
Credit Card Transactions
· Please monitor your credit card transactions closely on the Signature Bank eZCardinfo website.
As a reminder, if we detect suspicious activity, you may receive a phone call, text or email message to verify recent purchases. Please notify us as soon as possible of any suspicious activity.
